Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because our courses are live, space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, the following refund policy applies to all registrations for Oral Sedation Seminars.

Cancellations by the Attendee

Cancellations received 14 days or more before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations received 7–13 days before the course date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 7 days before the course date are non-refundable.

Transfers to Another Course Date

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to transfer your registration to another available course date.

Transfer requests must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled course date and are subject to availability.

Registrations may be transferred one time without penalty.

No-Shows

Registrants who do not attend the course and do not provide advance notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Course Materials and Access

Once course materials, proprietary educational content, or access credentials have been provided, those materials may not be copied, shared, transferred, or redistributed.

Providing course materials does not change the refund deadlines listed above unless otherwise stated.

Technical Issues

Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, audio capability, and access to the virtual meeting platform.

Refunds are not provided for technical difficulties originating with the participant’s equipment, internet connection, or local network.

If a significant technical issue on the part of Oral Sedation Seminars prevents the course from being delivered as scheduled, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, such as rescheduling, transfer to another course date, or a refund.

Course Cancellation or Rescheduling

Oral Sedation Seminars reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to instructor availability, technical issues, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Oral Sedation Seminars cancels a course and an acceptable alternative date cannot be provided, registrants will receive a full refund of the course registration fee.

Oral Sedation Seminars is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in connection with course attendance.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
